利用規約（Terms of Service）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、CRAFT WORKS TOKYO（以下「当店」）が提供するオンラインストアおよび関連サービス（以下「サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。サービスをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。サービスをご利用いただくことで、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなします。 These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the online store and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by CRAFT WORKS TOKYO (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
第1条（適用）
Article 1 (Scope of Application)本規約は、お客様と当店との間のサービス利用に関わる一切に適用されます。当店は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあり、変更後の規約は本サイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。 These Terms apply to all matters related to your use of the Service. We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect when the revised Terms are posted on this website.
第2条（禁止事項）
Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)サービス利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 第三者または当店の権利・利益を侵害する行為
- 虚偽の情報を用いた注文
- 転売目的の大量購入
- サービスの運営を妨げる行為
- その他、当店が不適切と判断する行為
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringement of the rights or interests of third parties or our shop
- Placing orders using false or misleading information
- Bulk purchases for resale or similar purposes
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service
- Any other acts that we deem inappropriate
第3条（知的財産権）
Article 3 (Intellectual Property)当店が提供するすべてのデザイン、ロゴ、画像、商品名、文章、レイアウト、その他コンテンツ（以下「CWTコンテンツ」）に関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、当店に帰属します。 All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to designs, logos, images, product names, texts, layouts, and any other content provided by us (collectively, the “CWT Content”) belong to us.
以下の行為を固く禁じます：
- デザインの模倣、トレース、改変
- AI生成（例：Midjourney / Stable Diffusion 等）による模倣画像の生成
- スクリーンショット・商品画像の無断使用
- 第三者への提供、頒布、再販売
- 類似商品の制作・販売
- SNS、ECサイト、アプリ等での無断転載
- 商用利用全般
- Imitating, tracing, or modifying our designs
- Generating imitation images using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
- Unauthorized use of screenshots or product images
- Providing, distributing, or reselling our content to third parties
- Creating or selling similar or derivative products
- Unauthorized reproduction on SNS, e-commerce sites, apps, or other platforms
- Any commercial use of our content without prior written permission
これらの行為が確認された場合、著作権法・不正競争防止法・商標法に基づき法的措置をとる場合があります。 If such conduct is discovered, we may take legal action based on applicable laws, including copyright law, unfair competition prevention law, and trademark law.
第4条（商品について）
Article 4 (Products)- 商品画像は可能な限り実物に近く撮影していますが、モニター環境により色味が異なる場合があります。
- サイズは若干の誤差が生じる場合があります。
- 受注生産品はキャンセル不可となります。
- Actual product size may vary slightly from the listed dimensions.
- Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.
第5条（注文および支払い）
Article 5 (Orders and Payments)お支払い方法は以下に対応します：
- Shopify Payments（クレジットカード）
- PayPal
- その他 Shopify が提供する決済手段
決済完了後の内容変更は対応できません。
We accept the following payment methods:
- Shopify Payments (credit cards)
- PayPal
- Other payment methods provided by Shopify
Once payment is completed, we are unable to modify the order details.
第6条（配送）
Article 6 (Shipping)配送条件・納期は「配送ポリシー」に準じます。天候・国際情勢・税関などの理由により遅延する場合があります。 Shipping conditions and delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, international conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
第7条（返品・返金）
Article 7 (Returns and Refunds)
返品・返金条件は「返金ポリシー」に準じます。
・初期不良のみ対応
・お客様都合の返品不可
・受注生産品キャンセル不可
Conditions for returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- Only defective items are eligible for return or refund
- Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted
- Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled
第8条（免責事項）
Article 8 (Disclaimer)不可抗力（天災、戦争、災害、システム障害など）による損害に対し、当店は一切責任を負いません。配送遅延、税関での止め置き、追跡情報の遅延等による損害についても責任を負いかねます。 We are not liable for any damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, accidents, or system failures. We are also not responsible for damages resulting from shipping delays, customs hold, or delays in tracking information updates.
第9条（個人情報の取扱い）
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)個人情報の取扱いは「プライバシーポリシー」に従います。 The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)本規約の解釈には日本法を適用します。紛争が生じた場合、千葉地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court in Japan.
