返金・返品ポリシー（Return & Refund Policy）

CRAFT WORKS TOKYO では、商品の品質には十分配慮して製作・検品を行っております。
万が一商品に不備があった場合、以下の条件に限り交換または返金対応を行います。 At CRAFT WORKS TOKYO, we carefully inspect every product before shipping. If a product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement or refund under the conditions listed below.

■ 配送について（Shipping Notice）

国内配送は クリックポスト（日本郵便・追跡あり） にて発送しています。
発送後は追跡番号により配送状況をご確認いただけます。 Domestic orders are shipped via Japan Post Click Post with tracking. You will receive a tracking number after shipment.

配送中の遅延・郵便事情による配達遅れについては当店で完全にコントロールできないため、到着日を保証することはできません。 Delivery delays caused by postal operations or external conditions are outside our control.

■ 初期不良について（Defective Items）

商品に以下のような明確な製造上の不備が確認された場合、交換または返金にて対応いたします。 If the product has clear manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement or refund.

欠け・破損
著しいカット不良
明確な製造ミス

不良が疑われる場合は、商品到着後 7日以内 に注文番号と不良箇所の写真を添えてご連絡ください。 Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect.

■ お客様都合の返品・交換について（Customer Returns）

以下の理由による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。 Returns for the following reasons cannot be accepted.

イメージ違い
サイズ選択ミス
貼り付けミス
開封後・使用後の商品
受注生産商品のキャンセル
配送遅延

ステッカーは再販売が難しい商品のため、お客様都合による返品は原則として受け付けておりません。 Because decals cannot be resold once handled, returns due to customer preference are not accepted.

■ 施工ミスについて（Application Mistakes）

貼り付けミス（気泡・歪み・位置ずれ等）は不良品には該当しません。
ただし、初めての方の不安を軽減するため 再購入30%OFFサポートをご用意しています。 Application mistakes such as bubbles or misalignment are not considered defects. However, we offer a 30% discount for repurchase support in such cases.

■ 返金方法（Refund Method）

返金は Shopify Payments または PayPal を通じて処理されます。
決済会社の処理状況により、返金完了まで数日かかる場合があります。 Refunds are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

■ 海外注文の返品（International Orders）

海外注文で返送が必要な場合、返送送料はお客様負担となります。
また返送中の紛失・破損について当店では責任を負いかねます。 Return shipping for international orders must be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
